The package 'khelpcenter' is missing, therefore all KDE apps, such as
Kturtle, Kig, KEduca, etc., don't have any 'help' screens available!

After installing the package manually, help works for these apps.

Although, it is slightly confusing that other KDE apps - that aren't
available in Edubuntu - appear in the "Helpcenter" navigation, without
any help content! I think this is currently being worked on (?):
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KubuntuHelpCentre ). So there is hope for
Breezy+1...?

FYI, here is how I installed 'khelpcenter' manually:

Download khelpcenter from here:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/breezy/kde/khelpcenter

# sudo dpkg -i khelpcenter_3.4.2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
