I am in Bolivia and we are trying to get our lab setup with Edubuntu in
Spanish. However, we don't have the resources to download the entire DVD of
language packages. We do not have stable connection, hard drive space, and
the computers don't have DVD players. Can anyone suggest how we might be
able to get or help setup a download for language specific CDs?

We have the same problem in Belize, that many computers don't have DVD readers/writers. My suggestion: get one, at least, per school lab.

Bandwidth here is very expensive ... DVD players, even DVD recorders, are very inexpensive. If you can put a DVD-RW in your best computer, and use it as a server/workstation, then you can update all your other computers from that one.

It is the people who have limited bandwidth who most need DVD access.
