Hello Everyone,
This is a desperate plea for help and/or ideas on setting up some sort
of removable storage (floppy, usb drive, etc) for students on thin
clients. I've tried every method I can find online, with zero success.
It seems hopeless that I'll ever get a floppy to work, even less likely
that I'll be able to get USB to even turn on on the client.
I'm wondering, for all of you out there that have these Edubuntu setups
in schools, how do you handle students who need to copy files from their
home directories to a usb drive or floppy?
Are there some instructions out there for Edubuntu to make this work?
Most instructions I can find are for LTSP, but it seems to be quite
different from the LTSP that Edubuntu uses.
Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!
