Given that those are some pretty major topics perhaps it would be useful to start discussing them now. As I previously reported, the Ubuntu Technical Board approved Edubuntu replacing the current Addon CD with a DVD, but the details need to be coordinated with the Release/CD Image Team (specifically Colin Watson most likely). As far as release cycle, I think the idea of pushing LTS releases as the preferred releases is good. However, I think releases need to be made on the normal Ubuntu 6-month release cycle, even if the non-LTS releases are listed as pre-release or beta. Goals for 9.10 need to be done ASAP, the Feature Freeze deadline (August 27th) is fast approaching and almost nothing regarding Edubuntu has landed that I'm aware of (I'm still out of the loop right now so I might have missed some stuff). The website and documentation do need help. In particular, people need to start thinking about what essential elements will be needed for 9.10's release.
