Upgrade caused LTSP Monitor Frequency Problems

I recently install edgy-eft and some of my old monitors (dell, efi, etc..) are now giving me frequency problems. I have tried the lts.conf settings but can't seem to get them right. Any help would be useful.

My lts.conf looks like this currently

[default]
    X_COLOR_DEPTH=16
    LOCALDEV=True
    SOUND=False
    NBD_SWAP=True
    X_MODE_0 = "800X600"
    X_RES_1 = "800X600"
    SYSLOG_HOST= 192.168.13.254

[00:10:5a:5e:f2:1f]
    X_SERVER=vga
    X_COLOR_DEPTH=16
    NETWORK_COMPRESSION=true
