/boot/grub/menu.lst

I'm guessing only the two latest kernel versions are actually there still (you
may want to test this), so you shouldn't need to worry about getting rid of the
old ones.

Have a great day!

Subject: Updating Ubuntu

Hi All,

Please could anybody help out with this problem? Whenever I update my Ubuntu
desktop with a new kernel release, it always increase the number of option to
choose from when booting a dual boot system.

Presently I have upto five diferent kernel versions to choose from and one
instance of Win XP.

I don't want all other versions of kernel except the latest one and of course
my Win XP. I looked out for grub.conf to deactivated all other but couldn't
locate this file. Please help out

David
