An FAQ style help page is a great idea and is perfect for catching info from our MLs and other channels that can later be siphoned into documentation. This, is in fact, what we decided to do at UDS (just after you left...) so I'm really glad you got the ball rolling! I think though that we should move it to http://help.ubuntu.com community wiki pages which is the best place for help docs [1]. I think it's time to get some Edubuntu flavour on those pages and I'll look into finding a logical home. Thanks for the hard work.
