If it is a PPC based mac you should be able to download a PPC image from here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/edubuntu/ports/releases/7.04/release/ The first link lists the Mac PowerPC desktop CD. If your mac is older and does not have a PPC G3 or better processor you are most likely out of luck.
