Hello all,

I still have a problem with Edubuntu Fiesty 7.04 on an AMD 64 running
the 32bit version of the Linux-Image-Server kernel. I've tried
switching kernels and I still have the problem.

In a nut shell:

USB devices are recognized correctly if I log on to the server itself
at the console. So this is only broken for clients.

>From a thin client if I do Alt + F2, log in as root and and do:

ssh -S /tmp/.ltspfs_socket server "/usr/sbin/ltspfsmounter /tmp add"

I get:

Error: /media/root is not mounted
Error: /media/root/tmp is not mounted

(per Scotts instructions https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebugLocalDev )

I am really hoping someone has an idea of how to figure this out.
School starts in a week and it would be nice to show the kids
something that works better than the fat clients that were there
before.

Thanks!

John
