Two problems with this:

1) You're downloading AVG, a Windows virus scanner.  You don't need this, 
   because Ubuntu isn't susceptible to Windows Viruses.
2) You're downloading a Windows program which won't work natively under
   Ubuntu.

Ubuntu isn't Windows, and generally, Windows programs won't run on it.
