Hi Alexander, I am currently in the middle of deploying an Open Learning Lab with Edubuntu at my school (as I know are a few others on the list) so I don't have a lot of answers for you at this point. Give me a month or so and hopefully that will change. You can see what I've done for adding Edubuntu MiniLANs to individual classrooms from my presentation slides at hartmanbot.com though. This is something I've been rolling out since about October and the slides tell the story down to the rough budget. The situation at my school is probably different from your site as I am forbidden from touching anything inside of the walls and had to get creative with servers and clients, but you'll see what I mean on the slides.
