Here is nice one, too. Both(!) server and client in VirtualBox: http://www.arkki.info/howto/Wiki/LTSP5-Testausta/VB30_Server_Client.png Just choose minimal HD (4 MB), Other Linux and Intel Dekstop NIC. Then choose network as a first boot device and blow away your virtual PXE machine. And virtual LTSP server on KVM and virtual PXE machine on VirtualBox works also (of course). Nice testing environment on your laptop everywhere!
