Yep, I only changed their tag as in CategoryEdubuntuSpec, and fixed some 
of the URLs. The older ones had the complete url listed, the newer ones 
had UbuntuSpec:name-of-spec which is automatically converted. I fixed 
the older URL into the newer style.

Also, there is one 'spec' that isn't in launchpad.

What shall we do with the specs? I propose:
- leave them on wiki (that's where they belong)
- unfortunately we can not move them or rename them since the specs on 
launchpad refer to the spec  on the wiki.
Just lets' make sure that everyone uses CategoryEdubuntuSpec in the 
future when they make specs. Also we need to fix and clean the templates 
for a spec and put them in an easy to find place.
