Has anyone experimented with using NX for thin clients instead of LTSP? It
would involve setting up a tftpboot directory with a minimal kernel and X for
download, then initiate have the client initiate an NX session with the server.
When run from a thick client, NX seems so much more responsive. It would be
nice to leverage that speed advantage in a thin client.
I know that Thinstation has something like the above, but I haven't worked with
TS. Perhaps that is what we all should be looking to in the future?
