Greetings,

We're currently running Edubuntu Lucid with CUPS 1.4.3. I have three Canon ImageRunner 5065 Copier/Printer/Scanners that are networked for printing. I have used multiple PPD files and I still have issues printing PDFs. The error is always "stopped /usr/lib/cups/filter/pstopdf failed". In fact, I have issues printing PDFs on almost all printers. For instance a ten page PDF may print the first and last page, but nothing in between. I have tested using Evince, and it almost always will print (albeit slowly), but my users are used to the Adobe brand name. Can anyone help me figure out how to get Adobe to print PDFs correctly? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
