hi fernando, there is a new feature called "chunked upload" which allows bigger uploads, but you need a modern browser like newer firefox/chromium to use it. you can enable it in the preferences: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-uploads. the limit should be about 500 MB.
