Members of list, please find info below... thanks:-)

Dear Christine,

In response to your invitation to disseminate our visions, I am CCing my reply
to the Wikimedia Education list, to which I am subscribed, and I look forward
to hearing about the findings of the Seville workshop that was completed
yesterday.

(As regards the comments link on the blog page, it's a good thing that it was
cleaned from spam, but it's still "dead". Is there any chance of it becoming
active again? I'm quite certain fellow Europeans on the Wikipedia Education
List will be interested in participating in the dialogue, but for the time
being we have no way of doing so!)

To members of the list: Open Education is an EU initiative described as
(copy-paste) "A joint space for developing visions on the future of Open
Education in Europe"

http://blogs.ec.europa.eu/openeducation2030/

I participated in the call for vision papers with the submission "The Open
Community in the School of Today" (direct link here, or look at p. 110 of PDF
booklet), in which Wikimedia plays an active role. I learned about the Call for
Papers in a message forwarded to the list by Everton Zanella Alvarenga (thanks
Tom!)

Looking forward to feedback:-)

Regards,

Mina

  Subject: Vision Papers: Booklet online

  Dear authors,

I am pleased to inform you that the booklet with vision papers on Open School
Education is now online as well. I posted the links on the first page of the
blog to give your papers more visibility
(http://blogs.ec.europa.eu/openeducation2030/).

Please do disseminate our joint production widely and encourage colleagues,
friends and your professional networks and groups to discuss your visions.

  Best regards,

  Christine & Jonatan
