Dear Vojtech, Thank you for sharing your experiences; often people don't because writing a report is a lot of work.
If I understand it right, the key for learner's retention is: enough time and good teaching aids. I remember that WMDE in its 2011-2013 education programme did not provide teaching aids, and it did not want to invest more than three afternoons in senior citizens.
