It sounds like it might be useful for the Education team at WMF to run something like this. Tighe/Vahid/Nichole, can you update us about whether this is somewhere on your roadmap in the near future? I am not as familiar with the P&E Dashboard as Wiki Ed's instance of the Dashboard, so I may not be the best person to do a formal tutorial about the P&E Dashboard and how it works in other languages. Let us know if you're planning to create something like this.
