Btw, and hijacking my own thread here, I noticed there are some important
differences for editing rules between WP:EN and WP:PT, such as draft
reviews or being unable to start new pages as an unregistered user in WP:EN
(is that right? The help pages on that are a bit confusing).

While I was already expecting something of that sort, I was also curious to
know if there's any systematic survey/comparison chart of variations like
these in different languages.
