I too will be withholding my endorsement. The claim about the most prevalent languages in the future not being represented in Foundation projects is simply not true. English has long ago eclipsed Mandarin, and Mandarin won't be catching up. Mandarin also has three competing wiki encyclopedias, which offsets a lot of Wikipedia's issues even under a high-censorship regime.
