Event Tool (working title) is a Wikimedia Foundation project designed to help organizers of editathons and similar events by making the process of creating and running events easier and more efficient. Better event metrics is a focus of the project, and we’re planning the metrics features now. We need to hear from event organizers: What data and reporting features do you need? There’s a post on the project talk page that asks a series of questions designed to guide the discussion [1]. If you’re an event organizer, please come and help us help you. We’re listening! Joe
