Hi Vahid,

Thanks for this email. However, I have two concerns

1. Can a term other than "dashboard admin" be used to describe this role?
The term "admin" has other uses already, and I am concerned about the
potential for confusion, including among people who are communicating in
English as a second language. Also, with the NDA requirement this position
sounds more like a functionary role than an admin role, which I think is
another reason for using a term other than "dashboard admin". Perhaps
"dashboard functionary" or "dashboard technical support specialist" would
be clearer. What do you think?

2. I am also concerned about adding yet more work to the already
significant load that is being carried by volunteers. Given that WMF has
ample financial resources to address an incremental increase in support
needs, I think that WMF should be capable of handling support requests and
generating reports for the Dashboard without asking volunteers to increase
the already considerable scope of our work.

Thank you,

Pine
