Yes, an article about you can appear in Wikipedia if there are pieces of
verifiable information about you in published independent sources, which
the biographer must cite inline to substantiate much of the information
they'll be providing in the article.

Two other requirements are these:
1)  The content must be of neutral point of view (This means it mustn't be
promotional);
2)  It must be no original research.
