Hi,

Are you running the data pipeline? Or just insights and the API? I
recommend following these instructions instead of the ones you referenced:

https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/display/OpenOPS/edX+Analytics+Installation

"make loaddata" is intended to just load some fake data for development
purposes. You need to run the data pipeline if you want to actually analyze
your data.
