This is a bug on GitHub itself. You can navigate to the branches directly, 
for 
example: https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/tree/open-release/eucalyptus.2.

To see the proper tag name for each release, refer 
to https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DOC/Open+edX+Releases
