When you run this on your own machine, the email for verifying an account is posted to your terminal (I believe as standard output). Use the link that you find posted there.
I also didn't understand your question regarding 'hosting this on a server from my machine'. From your machine? Do you just mean to have this run on some external server (like on AWS)?
