I have another question:
Lets say my requirement is as follows: 

- there are 5 students in a class
- I need to find the top 3 questions on a particular topic
- in order to do that, every student in the class is required to enter 
their 3 questions by a certain date
- after that, all the students need to come back and vote the top 3 
questions from the bank of 15 questions (5 students, 3 questions entered 
per student) by a certain date
- the system will tabulate the results and show the top 3 questions from 
that

is this possible in edX out of the box? If not, can we customize/create an 
extension for it?
