The Hawthorn release is waiting for the upgrade from Django 1.8 to Django
1.11 to finish. That looks like it will be done in the next few weeks.
Then we will start the packaging process for Hawthorn. In the past,
finished releases have been ready about 4-6 weeks after the process starts.

We should have an update soon with more concrete plans.
