You can't do that with the checkbox problem (unless you want to rewrite the 
problem's correctness with the Hint Function 
<https://github.com/Colin-Fredericks/edx-undocumented/wiki/Hint-Function>). 
If you can rephrase the problem as a matching question, you could use the 
Javascript 
Input Matching Problem 
<https://github.com/Stanford-Online/js-input-samples/tree/master/matching_accessible>
 
to do it - it will accept multiple correct answers.
