Hi Ye,

We haven't done extensive testing of the Video XBlock on mobile devices, 
but I just played a few videos from my phone, and they played fine in full 
screen. 

If you're expecting the interactive transcript to work on mobile, you may 
be disappointed (due to limited screen size), however subtitles should work 
just fine.
