Yesterday and today the Design team is in a full-day training session, so I had not much time to look into this in detail yet.
The improvements are great, but I have a question: I noticed that the loading of new ToC topics only happens when you reach the very end of the list. Would it be possible to trigger the preloading a bit earlier? I think that could help to make the experience smoother (at least for the average scroll speed), since currently you reach the "end" of the current loaded topics and if you keep scrolling the scroll event makes the whole page scroll until new ToC items are loaded.
