I don't think so, whether you're watching the topic or someone replies to
your post you get the same 'flow-notification-reply' "Xxxx responded", and
if there are additional notifications then Echo's notification bundling
transforms them into one 'flow-notification-reply-bundle' "Xxx and N others
responded".  The topic from the first notification becomes the permalink.
