Is the rightmost <> icon the one-way "Switch to source editiing" as in VE?

The design for this is still in flux, but you're going to be able to switch both directions.

Also, there will be no separate preview (but there might be a preview link that switches to VE), since preview currently only works for JS users anyway. Most JS users will be able to use VE, so VE will be the way to visualize your wikitext.
