yeah - it's the same problem on the 1000HE without the atge tested all

noticed that the intel acpica code has been updated to 20090625 and we  
still seem to be on 20090521 .. and it appears that the Bad driver  
ioctl number is coming off a DRM_ERROR

btw - what's your vendor and device id for the wireless card on the  
1008ha? .. i've got a 0x1814,0x0781 ralink from the scanpci output -  
seems to bind fine in the dev releases to rwn, but not so sure i'm  
getting 802.11n speeds out of it ..
