Hi,Qingye, I tried to install RC1 on my Eee 900-X(Japanese Edition),it went good. I used for internal SSD(8GB SLC) for RC1,did you try to install another disks like SDHC? Perhaps after snv 88,We must choose it so carefully - We must choose high-quality and high-performance SDHC like TOSHIBA or Panasonic. I have met just like your case -OpenSolaris stops its installation..and I have checked the errorlog says cpio error or if it were succeeded, the grub seemed broken,it got CUI mode and missed load bootfs. Regards, -masafumi P.S. I would much appreciate if you Eee users could also post eeepc- discuss:))
