Main difference is in some wic modules being on a different location.
You should find them using grep -R. Also, the "logger" was introduced after
Morty, so that the original "msger" was discarded. You should find that
in the commit logs of poky. The rest should only be some messing around with 
paths and variables...

We have internal source plugins used with the public meta-iot2000 that is built 
with morty,
that may be of help. Unfortunately I don't have access because I am sick at 
home.
