Hi,

this is another primarily bug-fixing release, still with one new feature (iTCO for Wellsburg). One fix helps with feeding the EFI Boot Guard into signing tools. The other fixes target tools/lib and the testsuite.

The big break-up promised with the last release has to wait, primarily because a need for it reduced with the pattern we are currently using to model secure boot [1].
