Hi,

this new release of EFI Boot Guard first of all fixes some nasty
remaining issues with GNU EFI 3.0.18, affecting the kernel stub and also
armhf native builds. Furthermore, this adds a number of boards using the
iTCO as well as expanding support to the SIMATIC IPC BX-56A. Finally, it
fixes an issues with trying to start WDAT even if the firmware did not
properly enable it, possibly causing reboot loops when that worked but
Linux then refused to take over.

Thanks to all contributors!
