Thanks for the answer, it looks like it would work :)
Do you have a link or any other resource where I could find information 
about how to filter out these p2p things? (dc++, kazaa, edonkey ...) ?
My current solution is an absolutely closed outgoing firewall 
explicitely enabled for the essential ports and/or machines.
But this solution is very restrictive and I have to maintain it a lot 
according to user requests :)
And Skype (which is allowed here) does not like it well, it takes ages 
till it connects :)
