I have tried to install EFW Community 2.0 and apparently I didn't get through
the install process completely. After setting the passwords and timezone,
it immediately asked me to reboot. I never got to setup my interfaces or
dhcpd. After reboot I logged in under root and tried to run setup, but only
got the options to change my hostname, timezone, passwords. If anyone knows
what might be happening, please let me know.

I have been running IPCOP 1.4.10 for couple of months and decided to try out
EFW. I am installing on an HP OmniBook XE3 (same computer as I used with
IPCOP) using the built in ethernet adapter and a D-LINK PCMCIA adapter. The
install recognizes both and assigns the GREEN ip I asked it to. I tried to
set my workstation to a static IP and get to the web interface that way, but
had no luck (couldn't even ping the EFW machine). Please, I would love to
try Endian, but I can't seem to get past the install. Thanks in advance for
everyone's help.
