I have
replaced an IPCop with an Endian Firewall 2.0 and am now unable to establish a
PPTP VPN connection, which worked with the IPCop.
I
have configured Port Forwarding for both Port 1723 and GRE to a local IP address
and have allowed both GRE and Port 1723 in the Outgoing Firewall. Using
Microsoft's pptpsrv.exe and pptpclnt.exe, connectivity is established for TCP
Port 1723 but the PC running the pptpsrv.exe does not receive the GRE
packets.
