You have to update both clamav and clamav-db at the same time which is 
why I said "all on the same line"

so type "rpm -Uvh 
http://www.stellarcore.net/downloads/efw2-updates/clamav-db-0.88.4-0.endian5.i386.rpm
 
http://www.stellarcore.net/downloads/efw2-updates/clamav-0.88.4-0.endian5.i386.rpm";

it will then download both and upgrade both at the same time.
