I had this trouble on my development machine also the boot disk solution posted
here got me through it. [read point 3 in this post]

Well, I didn't know about this "must have"... it forced me to exhumate
an old Floppy drive, and tidy the whole house in order to find a valid
floppy disk :-)... but once this is done, then it worked perfectly...
and saved a lot of time... Thank you very much ;-) !!

Another thing that works is booting with the 1.8 version and when the
prompts shows up, put the version 2.0.
