I have my mail server on the orange zone (192.168.100.x). My internal users
can send and receive mail just fine. Users using the webmail interface can
also send and receive just fine. Unfortunately my remote users that are
using their outlook and using either using IMAP or POP3 are having a very
difficult time sending email through the mail server.

The emails are not even getting into the mail server, but are being blocked
at the firewall level. I've searched previous posts and tried the
recommendations.

1. Mail server is listed in the domain under smtp.
2. I have smtp enabled and it is transparent in the Orange zone.
3. POP3 is also transparent in the orange zone.
4. I do NOT have port 25 forwarding
5. I do have port 110 forwarding.
5. I do have spam and virus filtering enabled.

Unfortunately, these recommendations are not working for me. My users are
still getting blocked. My SMTP logs states the following.

postfix/smtpd[4496]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[208.11.90.100]: 554
: Relay access denied; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=

I've been trying to figure this out on my own for sometime now. I would
appreciate any advise. Thank you!

Nadia
