Try logging in via ssh and lsmod to see if there is a driver loaded for it. I think it is sk98lin or skge. If neither is loaded trying loading with modprobe sk98lin or modprobe skge. Once it is loaded do a ifconfig -a to see if the interfaces exist. Once they exist you should be able to use the GUI.
