OK,

It happened again :-/

Because it is started by the cron I checked my log (because I restarted my firewall) and saw that the real problem seems to be the crash of cron.... (So no real solution in writing a script that is started by _cron_ to check if makgraphs is being run).

Maybe an error with the cron binary?
