the remote server "mail.domain1.com[123.321.123.321]" is saying this:
-Sender address [EMAIL PROTECTED] blocked using list.dsbl.org
but then it adds:
-The mailserver you're sending mail __TO__ is misconfigured: it is using
DSBL.org as NAME-based list, not IP-based;
So its the mail.domain1.com that is misconfigured, not yours...
its doing a IP check in a DNS NAME blacklist, that is wrong...
It should use reject_rhsbl_* with list.dsbl.org instead of
reject_rbl_* (assuming its using also postfix)
try to contact the [EMAIL PROTECTED] and explain him
what is happening, so that he can fix his server.
