Did you get problem resolved? After establishing Green link and successfully accessing browser interface, did you configure RED interface to use DHCP or static settings from your ISP? If so, cycle power to modem(internet) then set RED interface to use DHCP and obtain new IP lease. Then if prefer, set statically.
