You can specify host names as well. Go and get a book about tcp/ip and
learn the difference of mail domain and mail server ip address. And see
if it is reasonable what you ask for (short answer is: no)

Limit all other ip's to the total-guaranteed? And please look in the
book above that what you are asking for does make sense or not? No is
the short answer again. Sorry for that. TCP/IP is like this. Not perfect.
